Cafi,
If you are using a Firewall program similar to Zone Labs' Zone Alarm,
there is a section where you can enable the firewall to allow all
access to the internet for various websites. In this example, the
sites are listed under Privacy and then the Site List tab. Another web
site suggested typing in the URL with and without the "www." to ensure
all examples of the website would be accepted. You also will want to
check the Windows XP Firewall settings - I found them under Wireless
Network Connection Properties, Advanced, then click on Settings for
Windows Firewall. You'll want to allow the program Legacy to work.

Hope these ideas help. It really isn't safe to disable a firewall in
this day and age, so be very careful about doing that as a last
resort.

Susan
p.s. OT-If anyone can help me to get my Mr.SIDI viewer to work with
these darn XP firewall settings I would be very grateful! LOL (This is
how I discovered these other suggestions for getting Legacy to work.)
