George, It's very easy, really. Create an Event, say 'Documents' and in the notes section, place a link, such as <a href="http://www.xxxx.com/documents.htm">Personal Documents</a> Only the double brackets are Alt+174 and Alt+175 and may not reproduce correctly in an email. Legacy strips these out for the normat single bracket for web use. You will now have a clickable link on the pages that include the relevant Event. -- Rodney HALL Heywood, Lancashire Suaviter sed fortiter Agreeably but powerfully ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://rmhh.co.uk/ http://rmhh.org.uk/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ To unsubscribe please visit: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp
