That wasn't checked. I checked the Reset to default and the problem was
corrected. Only problem is I have to go back over all the other tabs and
change back to what I had changed before. What a mess!

In Options>Customize>Sources, do you have "Include the Source List Name
as part of the source citation" checked? If so, try unchecking it.
