Listers,

I had a call today from a Legacy user who was getting a message "There were
problems logging into FamilySearch.org" when trying an IGI Search for temple
ordinance information. I was able to repeat the problem in both Legacy 5
and 6 on two computers.

If you get such a message, first double check your username and password, if
you are certain that your using the correct ones, please exit Legacy and go
to FamilySearch.org using your regular web browser and log in. When I did
this I got the same "There were problems logging into FamilySearch.org"
message and had to reset my password. After that I was able to restart
Legacy and do a successful IGI Search without login problems.

However, I did get an imposed 33 second delay message after which Legacy
connected. Please be patient with Legacy and FamilySearch.org.

Thank you,

Jim Terry
