I'm having a similar problem but it's not consistent......... some of the scans using Paint Shop Pro 8 and saving as tif are not being seen in Legacy but all scans using Microsoft Digital Image 2006 and saved as tif can be seen in Legacy? So I'm saving first as tif to keep all the picture info then re-saving as jpeg to avoid Legacy not being able to pick it up.......but would be interested to find out why this is so.
