This is about getting the licence right. Anything else is a secondary
consideration.
If you agree to the CTs at this point, the worst thing that will
happen is that your data cannot be used by OSM.

I think it would be the practical outcome for well marked-up data, but I
probably should have added some caveats. ;-)
