You can't have "open" without having "forkable".

OpenSearch is CC SA 2.5 according to http://opensearch.a9.com/license.jsp (with a trademark on OpenSearch). Oasis-open.org just does all rights reserved for docbook, and a custom license for OpenDocument. W3C seems to be even more restrictive than OpenDocument, AFAICT.

I would suggest CC BY-SA 2.5 or later, same as devmo.
