I'm having a problem with iCommand where calling NXTCommand.close()
on exit of the application will lockup my Mac completely. This
started happening after Apple's recent updates to Java and security
patches.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced problems?

What happens is, I run application just fine. It communicates with
the NXT and everything works just great. When I exit the
application, the application locks up on the call to NXTCommand.close
(). If then go and kill the application, either through Activity
Monitor, or just hitting stop in Eclipse the computer locks up. The
only thing I can do is shut it down and restart.

After debugging through this a few times, the code is stalling inside
the native code of RXTX.

All was fine a few days ago, then Apple released an update to Java
and I've had this problem ever since.

I've tested it running 1.5.0_7 and 1.4.2_12 and the problem occurs
with both version. Both versions were updated recently by Apple.

I'm also wondering if anyone knows how to roll back an Apple release
so I can test the previous version of Java to see if the problem
really didn't exist before.

Thanks for any help,

Derek
