Hi Ted, I meant to say that rcxcomm.jar is used on the RCX, not the PC, so it should no be on the CLASSPATH when running a PC application. You should definitely leave pcrcxcomm.jar in the classpath and take out rcxcomm.jar. If they are both on the classpath it may find the wrong version of classes.
If this does not work, try running your classes directly, rather than from a jar file.
