I have a Pismo for sale. It's in decent cosmetic condition. Here are
the specs:
* PowerPC G3 500 MHz
* 14" LCD
* 512 MB RAM
* 60 GB HD
* DVD-ROM drive
* AirPort Card installed
* Battery holds a charge
*Apple AC adapter
It's a nice machine indeed. It can handle the internet and email quite
well, and the AirPort card is a nice feature to have. You can use it
as a wireless machine, as the battery lasts about 1 hr 45 mins or so,
but there are no guarantees on the battery life. It's harder to find
the 500 MHz iterations of the Pismos. The display has one stuck pixel,
and the screen has two other minor issues in which there are small dim
spots at the bottom lower corners of the screen. The screen has no
keyboard marks. The keyboard is in good condition as well. I can
provide pictures upon request of the unit.
