I have a 512MB module of DDR SDRAM PC-2700S-25330 333Mhz that came out of my mid-2005 iBook G4 because I upgraded to a 1GB module on m G4 iBook.
it is working, and fits in most G4 iBooks and iMacs and powerbook G4 systems. $22 shipped to my place or for trade with a mini display adapter for the 500Mhz G3 Icebook. adapter must be working.
