***Price dropped to $100 shipped*** I have a Late 2006 MacBook Pro 17" (model no. A1212) I no longer want/need. I've refurbished and thoroughly tested it, and aside from a somewhat dimmer than usual display, everything is in working condition (the backlight bulb may need to be replaced at some point, but the color is good and it's still usable), The case is in average condition, with the usual dents, scuffs and scratches.
Specs: >2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo >2 GB RAM (will accept 4 GB with 3 GB usable) >160 GB 5200 Hard Drive (not stock, but functionally equivalent and much newer) *This model will only run Mac OS X up to 10.7 Lion! It can run newer versions of Windows (I don't know if 10 will run, but I don't see why not) or Linux, though, so it's far from useless. Drive will be shipped blank, per LEM Swap rules. The battery won't hold a charge, so you'll have to replace it ($25 off eBay for a sketchy one, maybe $50-ish for a better one). And there is no AC adapter (I have no spares at the moment :/).
