I've got a couple MacBook install/restore DVD's. From some internet research I believe they are for 2009 or 2010 MacBook Pro's, but I'm not 100% positive.
First up is a set for the "13-inch MacBook Pro". Has a Mac OS X Install DVD with v10.6, part number 2Z691-6533-A. Also includes an Applications Install DVD with AHT v3A174, part number 2Z691-6538-A. Copyright date on these is 2009. Next is a set for the "15-inch MacBook Pro". Has a Mac OS X Install DVD with v10.6.3, part number 2Z691-6690-A. Also includes an Applications Install DVD with AHT v3A187, part number 2Z691-6578-A. Copyright date on these is 2010. All discs have been tested by creating a DMG image of them, and come in the original clear plastic sleeves. Can send pictures upon request. Looking to get $10 per set or $15 for both. Price includes shipping to anywhere in the US. Will ship internationally, but cost will go up due to increased postage costs.
