Hi all! I'm seeking one or two inexpensive Castlewood Orb 2.2 GB SCSI drive logic boards or entire drives, broken mechanisms or case okay, no accessories or cartridges required, shipped to the address below.
Inexpensive price and cheapest slow shipping please. Prompt payment via PayPal, Zelle or your preference. The backstory: I toasted my beloved baby yesterday by connecting 12V to the 5V power connector (the connectors matched and I failed to check further). I troubleshot the circuit board but all fuses and tantalum capacitors seem intact, so I suspect one or more ICs were fried, alas. So a new logic board appears to be my only repair option. A unit with a broken mechanism, case, or any elements other than the logic board would be ideal to minimize waste. If the logic board's not physically damaged it's probably functional, and I'm willing to take that risk if the price is low. A full working unit option is okay too if inexpensive.
