Hi everyone,

First of all, a big thanks to the people developing lensfun and to
those contributing lens profiles. It's invaluable!

The reason why I'm writing here is that I wrote a Python wrapper for
lensfun which others may find useful. It doesn't contain all lensfun
functionality yet but most of it. You can find it here:

 https://pypi.python.org/pypi/lensfunpy

Also, I did a little (Python) experiment which plots the lens
distortion:

 http://neothemachine.github.io/lensfunx/plots/dist.svg

The code which generates the image is here:
https://github.com/neothemachine/lensfunx/blob/master/plots.py

Is there any use for this or similar plots for lensfun developers?
They could be generated for every lens on every lensfun db update.

Cheers
Maik
