Can you confirm if these look right? I am a bit worried about the second graph as it doesn't match the one on the website you linked to.
Regarding the first graph, if I understood correctly, I can _not_ infer whether the lens exhibits barrel or pincushion distortion or both just because of the fact that there are positive and/or negative areas.
