Doesn't seem that they are supported well on Linux either. Here with 
openSUSE 13.2:

ImportError: No module named 'lensfun'

There is no lensfun.py in neither of my installed packages:

lensfun-devel-0.3.2-26.1.x86_64

lensfun-data-0.3.2-26.1.noarch
liblensfun0-0.3.1-12.1.x86_64
liblensfun1-0.3.2-26.1.x86_64
