I'm not sure.. I know I can't run tca_correct from terminal so I don't
think it has to do with the python version...I could be wrong though. It
happens in the initial part of the script where it tests to see if the
tools are installed.... Since I can't run it from terminal it follows the
script won't see it... I just can't figure out why it's not 'installed'
properly.
