tca_correct is probably in /Applications/Hugin/tools_mac/.

You may add this directory to your $PATH, by editing ~/.bash_profile,
adding:

PATH="/Applications/Hugin/tools_mac:${PATH}"
export PATH

Worked for me (tca_correct runs from the command line). There might be
other ways to set $PATH on macOS.
