Could you tweak the docs for @settings in
http://webpages.charter.net/edreamleo/scripting.html to explain what
the getters return when there's no such setting?  I assume it's False
or None.

Either value is a little tricky, because getBool could be confused by
False, and I think you can use None as a value for most settings.
Actually I guess that's fine as long as it's stated, program logic just
has to accept None as meaning "no such setting or setting value is
None".  The alternative would involved Exceptions - let's not go
there :-)
