Yesterday I got an encouraging response, so today I posted the
following at:

I'll keep you posted. Note the link to a new page on Leo's wiki:

Hello friends,
I introduced myself on the Open Komodo forum:
http://community.activestate.com/forum-topic/komodo-autocompleter-and-leo
I'm switching here because it seems a better fit for my questions.
To recap: my dream is to use the admirable code in the code
intelligence (CI) system unchanged in Leo. I may be close to doing
that, but now I'm stuck.
Rather than making this post over-long, I have set up some pages on
Leo's wiki.
The 'Autocompletion' page: http://leo.zwiki.org/Autocompletion
describes the state of my knowledge about CI.
This page links to the 'KomodoTestScript' page:
http://leo.zwiki.org/KomodoTestScript
This page discusses a test script that I have written, and asks a
number of questions. This is a standalone script, but paths to the CI
stuff will have to be modified if you want to run it.
Here are those questions, repeated here for your convenience:
1. Am I initing (in main) and calling (in scan) the CI classes
correctly?
2. What do I need to do to get calltips working?
3. At present, a (presumably global) list of completions is being
presented. What should I do to get completions specific to a
particular trigger point?
4. Why doesn't scanComplete ever get called?
5. Are there any other obvious problems with the code?
You get the idea. I've made a start, but now I could use some help.
Thanks very much.
