Several dozen unit tests are failing, stemming from maybe a dozen
independent bugs. Nothing looks too serious.

No crashes today, but goto-global-line clearly does not select the
proper headline to go with the found node. I suspect this will be
fairly easy to fix.
Maybe just a day or two will suffice to fix all the problems...
