I agree.  When I first started using Leo I copied the @enabled-plugins
node from the leoSettings.leo to the myLeoSettings.leo file and made
the changes I needed in the myLeoSettings.leo file.  It works well and
avoids the need to look in multiple places to determine what is being
loaded.
