Now that it's understood that an @enabled-plugins node in the myLeoSettings.leo causes the @enabled-plugins node in the leoSettings.leo file to be ignored, can we close the "vim.py plugin inconsistent behavior" bug? The problem with having Vim changes not being transferred back to Leo is due to the open_with plugin not being enabled. I tested this scenario today and had the same problem.
TL p.s. I assume the bug is still active.
