It's probably a good time to do that.  cleo actually stands for
color-leo, and as the color part's being dropped for Qt it really would
make more sense to give it a different name.

todo.py  ?

Maybe I should strip out the Tk stuff and push it to the trunk as a new
plug-in.  It would remain backwards compatible with cleo at a data
level.  And I've butchered the Tk code to make it fit the cleaner
framework the Qt gui code uses, so it might be better to leave the
original cleo.py alone.  Apart from adding pointers to todo.py.
