Are the bars still available via configuration? No, drawing the icons is vanilla out of the box Qt, drawing bars on the tree would be a customization. But I'm hopeful that whatever Edward ends up with for the tree drawing, which I guess is under major development right now, will allow for some customization. This could be good for any number of things, not just progress bars. Anyway, when the tree implementation's settled I'm willing to have a look at doing the bars again, but it will depend on that code which is so much in flux at the moment.
