They would all go into the https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor
tracker. After submitting them, you can edit them and set their
"Importance" field to "wishlist".    I don't know if there's a way to
specify that they are wishlist items at the time you're entering the
bug in (though perhaps there should be)...  And if they are ones that
you personally want to be working on, you can set their "Assigned to"
field to you, and optionally the status to "in progress" if you are
currently working on them.
