No, I was framing MY words as snarky, because I changed your sentence: a bit of sucking up to Leo outsiders to a bit of sucking up to potential users My sarcasm was intended to express the opinion that 'sucking up' to potential users is exactly what Leo must do if it is to expand it's mindshare. It's not about perfection, it's about finding the balance of what people want / need and what is technically feasible.
