That is, Leo now always strips whitespace from blank lines, except in @asis trees, in which case Leo never does. That is, the write_strips_blank_lines option is no longer in effect. All unit tests pass, but this is a potentially significant change. Indeed, it is the largest change I contemplate making before Leo 4.6 b1. Please let me know if you have any problems with it.
