Not good enough.

I've asked Charles R. MacCluer, my abstract algebra professor at
Michigan State, for comments.

Folks, this is too important a question for hand waving.  Or hope.

P.S.  I don't believe the (not shown!) calculation given in the url
above.  A proper answer would likely involve probability
distributions.  The author should have discussed these if he expects
to be believed.
