First off, I am a newbie user. I setup this file with Leo about 4
years ago and have not altered any directives since that time. I
found the documentation somewhat dense for me, and so I stuck with
what worked ... so that's why I use @root. I do not have any @file
directives.

The build I am using I guess is the B2 trunk. As soon as Edward fixed
the tangle and @silent directive, I downloaded bzr and did a full pull
down. I have not updated since.

I have only updated Leo when my laptop dies. During this time I have
seen the keyboard shortcut for tangling all appear and disappear from
newer builds. I saw a useful button that allowed me to set bookmarks
and to return to that section .. and that is now gone. Guess that's
the problem with complex software. Not knowing why things are being
changed.

The only other new thing I am doing in the last few months is to store
my .leo files in a http://www.getdropbox.com/ directory so that my
files get replicated. Occasionally I see Leo messages about being
unable to delete temp files as they are in use ... so presumably
getdropbox is also replicating temp files.

I too wondered if I had the file open in another instance .. but no such luck.

Where are the logs I should post?
