It appears that the present trunk is stable enough to be called rc1.
I would like the code to be stable for at least two days before
releasing rc1.
Please make no further changes to Leo's core without my approval.
Changes to plugins can still be made if absolutely necessary, but when
in doubt, please don't make the change.
