Work is going well on the script. Rev 2366 contains the latest
version, in leoDist.leo.

More work on the nsi script:
- A lot of refactoring and generalization.
- The dirDict and filesDict dictionaries now properly describe what is
to be written.
- All files now assigned correctly to filesDict and dirDict lists.
We are now in a position to generate the actual .nsi script.

The two dicts mentioned above keep track of the finicky bookkeeping
of assigning files to directories. They will make generating the
actual .nsi script relatively easy. I expect to be able to generate
the .nsi script later today.
