Leo 4.7 b2 went out the door in September of 2009. I would like to
release b2 this Friday or the following Friday--there has been a lot
of progress since September:

- compatibility with Python 3k.
- @file is equivalent to @thin when writing files.
- work on @auto-rst.
- dozens of other bug fixes.

Please let me know if there any bugs that should definitely be fixed
before b2. The following are already on the list:

- Kent's disconcerting file modified message for @auto
http://groups.google.com/group/leo-editor/browse_thread/thread/b77b5260854ffbf6

- Various key issues with Qt, including
http://groups.google.com/group/leo-editor/browse_thread/thread/9f461343c55ee0e7

-Bug 451377: Make Leo friendly to mac apps
https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor/+bug/451377'

I'll attempt to fix the following (and all other non-wish-list bugs)
if time permits:

1. 486433 Bug non-breaking space (and other invisible characters) are
invisible
https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor/+bug/486433

Most of the work for this is on the trunk. However, it would be good
to allow the user to allow fonts for various colorizing options.

2. An underlining problem for rst
http://groups.google.com/group/leo-editor/browse_thread/thread/cdf78cbca5c526be

3. Bug 381895 qtGui Split ratio is not saved in .leo file
https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor/+bug/381895

I'll do this only if it can be done without major changes to Leo's
read code.

Other notes:

- Bug 439746 Leo crash with open_with plugin
https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor/+bug/439746

This has not been confirmed by anyone except the original reporter.
It's not clear whether this is a problem with Leo. I suspect not. In
any case, I shall not delay b2 for this bug.

Your comments please.
