3092 contains code to support @rclick nodes as children of @button nodes *if* 
the button contains no `...@others`, and @rclick nodes in siblings 
*immediately* following the @button node.  The two locations can be mixed on 
one button.

The code does *not* create the corresponding mini-buffer command.  That could 
be added, although I sense namespace collisions approaching.  The corresponding 
mini-buffer command is still created for the main button command.

@rclick is *Qt only*, Tk ignores the @rclick nodes and attempting to right 
click a button in Tk deletes the button.
