Well, not so happily.  There is a nasty interaction between @all (and
probably similar sentinels) and caching.  Leo is not terminating the
last node of an @all range properly, with the result that it doesn't
get set properly.  Caching hides the problem and generally confuses
things :-)

I think it can be fixed, but it may be tricky.  Until it is fixed, do
not, under any circumstances, use the new-sentinels branch.
