Then I'm very confused. When I tried to install the very latest Py3.1
and PyQt-Py3.1 and ran into problems, I was given this reply as the
solution:

What I think I'm missing is: What's changed as of now to allow Py3.0
and above to work with Leo 4.7.1-final (which continues to be the
version stated for download on Leo's Home Page)?

Is it that an upcoming release of Leo has been "certified" to work
with 3.0 and above?
