And yet the Windows installer doesn't work with 2.7 (at least it doesn't recognise it). >From the above, I assume that Leo is basically pure-Python with PyQt for a different (presumably better...) interface? If so, why not build a standalone version for Windows using py2exe or cx_Freeze or equivalent? Is there a technical reason why this is not suitable?
