@screenbook will likely give a path to a repository of pages.

It's not entirely clear what the format of that repository will be.
If it is flat, the name of the generated .png files will have to
indicate the outline structure to the corresponding @sb-page node in
the outline.

In other words, we obviously want to be able to free reorganize the
@screenbook outline, and we don't want such organizations to change
external files massively.  I'm sure a reasonable way strategy can be
found...

I didn't mean to minimize the choice and work required. S5 and
Screenbook Maker use quite different layouts and scripts.   New
invention will certainly be needed.  Taking the best from S5 and
Screenbook Maker is likely to result in something that is different
from either.  I mean, behind the scenes.  Visually, we want the
Screenbook look and feel, except that it's very important to handle
focus and key-binding better than in present screenbooks.
