Hello Edward,
on one of my computers I have switched from using Leo with
GUI=Tk to GUI=Qt. The revision of Leo is 3481.
Here is a bit more info about the system:
<Log>
Leo Log Window
Leo 4.8 devel, build 3005, February 26, 2010
Python 2.6.5, qt version 4.6.2
Windows 6, 1, 7600, 2,
leoID=ravi20101017 (in D:\Users\Ravi\.leo)
load dir: D:\Branches\leo-editor\leo\core
global config dir: D:\Branches\leo-editor\leo\config
home dir: D:\Users\Ravi
reading settings in D:\Branches\leo-editor\leo\config\leoSettings.leo
using menus from: leoSettings.leo
reading settings in D:\Users\Ravi\.leo\myLeoSettings.leo
reading settings in D:\Users\Ravi\WL2010.leo
@enabled-plugins found in myLeoSettings.leo
reading: D:\Users\Ravi\WL2010.leo
</Log>
Beside the used default plugins from 'LeoSettings' I have only added
* detect_urls.py
* maximizeNewWindows.py
in 'myLeoSettings'.
The 'detect_urls' plugin does not work. It does not report any issues
via the Leo-log or the console. The plugin works fine when using Leo
with Tk as the GUI. (I even verified that Leo on that system was on
the
exact same SVN revision!)
Do you have any idea what else I could try, because I really got used
to having this plugin available with my outlines?
With kind regards,
Viktor
