Good idea.  I suggest that ctrl+tab be used for cycling the qttabs
tabs, with shift+ctrl+tab used as at present for cycling between Leo's
panes.

Obviously, people can set these as they please in myLeoSettings.leo,
but it would be good to use reasonable defaults.  Any comments?
