Well, I loaded PyQt and restarted LEO. I had to edit myLeoSettings because I commented out the plugins that were not working with Tk (the sympton was that there was no pop-up rectangle when right-clicking). This works now BUTthe @file node still does not synchronize with the external file. Maybe these are all problems linked to the Windows environement. But presently I have no Linux machine available.
