Rev 4237 contains what I hope will be the last changes to the code
base for b1.

All unit tests pass, and pylint passes all of Leo's core files, except
for some known erroneous pylint errors.

Still to do:

- Fix some failing unit tests on Ubuntu. This is not serious, nor is
it a release stopper.

- Investigate removing Tk-only settings. This could be tricky, and
may be delayed until after b1.

- Finish the documentation. It's all written, it just has to be put
in the correct places.

- Trial builds.

Please continue your testing of the trunk. Your reports have been
very helpful.
