@url links that invoke the web browser always work.
@url links that should invoke the file browser only work when
"single_click_auto_edits_headline = False".
When "single_click_auto_edits_headline = True", double clicking a @url
node opens the headline for editing (no matter how closely the clicks
are spaced. No matter if the link is in the headline or the body.)
Example headline for file browser open:
@url file:/media/sda1/Python/00%20Examples/PyQt4
I think this is a bug.
