Yes, that particular problem has mostly been solved. Otherwise we could not collaborate at all. However, sharing .leo files themselves is not so easy: we have to resort to the "reference" .leo file convention. In a way, reference files are like project files, but using them is a bit more complicated. For instance, documentation in the program itself may be very sparse (especially in Leo, because context shows so much), but user documentation is likely to be much more verbose.
