I think it was a distribution blunder. I typically remove top-level
clones as part of cleaning up before a release, and apparently I
failed to notice that the "Vim bindings" node wasn't a clone.
Rev 4447 restores the bindings to leoSettings.leo, the node:
@settings-->Keyboard shortcuts-->@ignore Unused key
bindings-->@keys Vim bindings
