This morning's checkins continue the trend, this time for non-Leo
files opened from the command line:

- Leo creates an @file node if possible, that is, if the file contains
Leo sentinels.

- All non-Leo files opened from the command line are marked clean.
This is less confusing and lighter: it makes it easy to open non-Leo
files for study, just like SciTe.
