I just got around to looking at plugin_catelog.py. Rev 4603 converted it to @file and rev 4607 adds an @staticmethod that got deleted by accident. The script isn't working well for me. It may be bad arguments, or problems with docutils. Terry, could you check the script? Does it work for you now?
