Hi all,

I have installed Leo to a friend on Windows who wants to test it to write his thesis. The normal procedure went almost fine, but during installation Leo complains about not finding python and even after showing where is located in windows at the end it just doesn't start as expected by the Windows menu. So I unzip the leo app inside the python folder and now I open it by executing command shell on windows, then going to c:\python27\ and from there running "python.exe Leo-4.9\launchLeo.py" but I would like to create an icon on his desktop with a shorcut for my friend... is more that 10 years now after leaving Windows behind switching to Gnu/Linux and never looking back, so I'm rusty and the less I know about Windows, the better. So I will appreciate if anyone could provide me simple instructions to create that Leo launcher on Windows and we could gain another Leo user and change the world one Leo user at time :)

Cheers,

Offray
