Further testing revealed some glaring problems with html parsing. A
few simple unit tests will fix them.

skipToMatchingTag will require some "design" unit tests, that will
specify what, in fact, this method will do.

data.html is contains many "challenging" features. In this regard, it
is a good test. But it is a bad *unit* test, because the challenges
are hidden in a lot of cruft. It can take almost an hour to discover
why data.html causes a unit test to fail.

In short, I expect to spend most of today fixing the remaining html
import problems.
